Welcome to Create a Word. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.



1. Introduction

Create a Word is a local two-player word game designed for entertainment purposes. The App is intended to be played by two people on the same device and does not require user accounts or online connectivity.

2. App Services

2.1 Features

Create a Word allows users to: - Play a local, turn-based word game for two players - Customize game settings such as: - Minimum word length - Number of rounds - Game theme - Track scores during a game session The App does not automatically validate spoken words. Players are responsible for agreeing whether a word is valid according to the game rules.


2.2 Pricing and Payments

Create a Word offers optional Pro access through the following in app purchase options: · Weekly subscription · Lifetime purchase The weekly subscription may include a 3-day free trial for eligible users. After the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency within the App, may vary by region, and are subject to change. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks permanent access to eligible Pro features. It does not renew. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by law. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.


2.3 Free Trial

If a free trial is available, it applies only to eligible users and may be offered in connection with the weekly subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Free trials are subject to Apple’s standard policies.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 Age and Consent

- The App is suitable for users of all ages - Users under the age of 13 should have permission from a parent or legal guardian - The App does not require account creation. Purchases, if any, are handled through Apple’s in app purchase system.


3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to: - Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only - Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or extract the source code of the App - Not use the App in any unlawful manner - Respect the spirit and rules of the game

4. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to: - Modify or discontinue any part of the App - Change subscription pricing or availability - Update these Terms of Service at any time Any changes will be effective upon updating the effective date at the top of this document.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for: - Disagreements between players - Interpretation or acceptance of spoken words - Interruptions, bugs, or temporary unavailability - Any losses or damages arising from the use of the App Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
